3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：The bidder must be manufacturer or unique agent authorized by manufacturer aimed at the project, otherwise the bid will be rejected. If the bidder bids for agent, the bidder needs to provide certificate of authorization and commitment letter of delivery and service provided by manufacturer, both issued by manufacturer, otherwise the bid will be rejected. (1) Bidder inside the Customs area shall provide: the duplicates of its valid Business License, Organization Code Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate or the duplicate of its Business License that integrates the above-mentioned three certificates with the unified social credit code or the duplicate of Legal Person’s Registration of Institutions. Bidder outside the Customs are shall provide: Business Registration/Business Certificate; (2) Bidder shall be independent legal entity with the registered capital or net asset of no less than 10 million RMB or equivalent in foreign currency; (3) Bidder shall provide its duplicates of the ISO9001 or AS9100 Quality System Certification within valid period. (4) Bidder shall provide duplicates of its manufacturer’s special equipment manufacturing license and the special equipment installation, maintenance and reconstruction permit issued by the PRC within valid period. All the original of certification documents mentioned above shall be prepared for verification. Performance requirements: the bidder shall provide duplicates of its manufacturer’s contract and performance list of at least ONE set of manufacturing and selling the equipment of aircraft maintenance or aircraft painting (including user, equipment name, equipment model, quantity, contact, etc.) within the recent five years from 2012 to 2016. Otherwise the bid will be rejected.
