CGM-2001型百?gòu)?qiáng)牌高強(qiáng)無(wú)收縮灌漿料與傳統(tǒng)的細(xì)石混凝土及環(huán)氧化砂漿相比,具有流動(dòng)性更好,強(qiáng)度更高,耐老化,耐高溫,高抗?jié)B,防蛻變,無(wú)收縮,膨脹性好,施工易于控制,簡(jiǎn)便快捷等特點(diǎn)。其1天強(qiáng)度大于20MPa,3天強(qiáng)度大于30Mpa設(shè)備安裝后72小時(shí)可試機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),28天強(qiáng)度達(dá)到60-80MPa,本品均達(dá)到灌漿材料行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

CGM-2002型高強(qiáng)無(wú)收縮灌漿料具有半天強(qiáng)度更高的特點(diǎn), 1天強(qiáng)度可達(dá)30Mpa,主要用于快速搶修或更換設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)灌漿,創(chuàng)造極大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。GM-2002型具有超強(qiáng),高強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn), 1-2天設(shè)備安裝完畢后可運(yùn)行生產(chǎn)。自流態(tài)大,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)只需加水?dāng)嚢韬蠹纯蛇M(jìn)行施工,不需振搗便可充填全部間隙。微膨脹:以保證灌漿料與基礎(chǔ)緊密接觸。耐久性200萬(wàn)次疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn),50次凍融循環(huán)試驗(yàn),強(qiáng)度無(wú)明顯變化。抗油滲:在機(jī)油中浸泡30天后其強(qiáng)度比浸油前提高10%以上。

適用范圍與施工技術(shù)方法:

一,鋼骨結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)接縫填充灌漿。２,機(jī)械設(shè)備地腳螺栓,錨栓基座的固定灌漿。３,橋梁基座,支撐墊混凝土面層,巖基灌漿。４,連續(xù)墻,逆打墻柱,地下室墻板,后打耐震壁。５,鋼廠,電廠,機(jī)械廠等的快速修護(hù)灌漿。６,橋面,伸縮縫,路面,機(jī)場(chǎng)跑道快速養(yǎng)護(hù)修復(fù)。７,軌道板,預(yù)制水泥制品缺角及裂縫修復(fù)。

二,加水量一般應(yīng)按隨貨提供的產(chǎn)品出廠合格證上的推薦用水量加入,一般為用水量的13-15%,該產(chǎn)品不需振搗,灌注施工完成后,終凝以后開(kāi)始進(jìn)行灑水養(yǎng)護(hù).養(yǎng)護(hù)期4-7天。本品使用機(jī)械攪拌機(jī)械攪拌不低于3分鐘,人工攪拌不少于4-5分鐘,每2200 公斤高強(qiáng)無(wú)收縮灌漿料為1立方。
